Once your event takes place, communicating the outcomes to both the participants as well as other network stakeholders and supporters is key to the ongoing impact of your efforts. Assign someone (or multiple people) to take notes during the proceedings of your event. These notes can be edited for different audiences and then shared strategically as both a reminder of event highlights and commitments, and as an information sharing tool for those who could not attend. These event notes are a model of capturing content as well as reminding participants of next steps generated by the participants.
